1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and kfcjili ("kfcjili," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the kfcjili online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services available at kfcjili.one (the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any service offered by kfcjili, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the kfcjili platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of kfcjili or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or technology partners.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the kfcjili platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognised responsible gaming authority.

By registering on kfcjili, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of games and services on kfcjili, you must create a registered account. The following rules apply to all kfcjili accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each player is permitted to hold only one active kfcjili account. Opening multiple accounts, whether under the same or different names, is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kfcjili login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. kfcjili will never ask for your password through any channel.
• Unauthorised Access: You must notify kfcjili immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. kfcjili shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
• Account Verification (KYC): kfcjili may require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer) procedures at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

kfcjili reserves the right to refuse account registration or to suspend an existing account at its sole discretion, including where it has reason to believe that the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 have not been met.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the kfcjili platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount on kfcjili is ₱100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
• Accepted Payment Methods: kfcjili currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Available payment methods may change from time to time at kfcjili's discretion.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your kfcjili wallet within seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours of submission, subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification. kfcjili reserves the right to extend this period in cases requiring additional review.
• Withdrawal Conditions: You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Funds subject to active wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until those requirements have been met.
• Transaction Limits: kfcjili may impose minimum and maximum transaction limits at its discretion. These limits may vary by payment method and account verification status.
• Own Funds: You must only deposit funds that belong to you and that you are legally entitled to use. kfcjili does not accept deposits from third parties on behalf of players.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

kfcjili offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the promotion's individual terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. kfcjili reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion and to exclude any player from any promotion without prior notice.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your kfcjili account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus while another is active may result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. kfcjili reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings derived from such activity and to permanently close the accounts involved.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins that are not used within the validity period specified in the promotion's terms will expire and be removed from your account without compensation.
• Changes to Promotions: kfcjili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts, except where required by law or regulatory obligation.

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kfcjili platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on kfcjili, whether under your own name or any other identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during your use of the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Attempting to manipulate, hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the kfcjili platform, its games, or its underlying technology.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game offered on kfcjili.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game. Any winnings derived from such exploitation may be voided.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward kfcjili staff or other players.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your kfcjili account on your behalf.

7 Intellectual Property

All content on the kfcjili platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the exclusive property of kfcjili or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the kfcjili platform without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any kfcjili content.
• Use any kfcjili trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner without express written authorisation.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform by any automated means.

Any unauthorised use of kfcjili's intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property laws, for which kfcjili reserves all rights and remedies.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kfcjili, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling outcomes, which are inherently uncertain and subject to chance.
• Temporary unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond kfcjili's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any errors, interruptions, or delays in game play or transaction processing caused by third-party service providers, including payment processors and internet service providers.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.

kfcjili's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your kfcjili account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9 Responsible Gaming

kfcjili is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe, enjoyable environment for all players. We recognise that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

11 Termination & Account Closure

Closure by You: You may close your kfcjili account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (net of any applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.

Suspension or Closure by kfcjili: kfcjili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• kfcjili has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on your account.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• kfcjili is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.
• Your account has been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more.

In cases of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, kfcjili reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where fraud or criminal activity is confirmed, kfcjili may forfeit the balance and report the matter to the relevant authorities.

12 Amendments to These Terms

kfcjili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of any dispute between you and kfcjili arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, either party may submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
